David was born in Greenville, Texas on May 31, 1958, to Jesse Randolph and Nellie Ruth Bost. He worked for IPS as a purchasing specialist.
He is survived by his son, Matt Randolph; daughter, Leslie Frey and husband, Chris; grandchildren, Maddie and Hunter Frey; great-uncle, Richard "Buddy" Bost; and cousin, Stacy Stokes.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, grandmother, Era Bost, and his Pa.
