David Reiner Obituary
Dave Reiner, 92, of Girard, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Dave was born on April 16, 1933 in Youngstown, Ohio a son to the late David and Lillian (Vibbert) Reiner.
Dave proudly served in the Army, showcasing his commitment to his country during his military service. After returning from his duties, he became a devoted steel worker and pipe fitter for 32 years at ITT Grinnell, and worked in the maintenance department at Youngstown State University for 12 years.
Dave found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a profound love for nature, often spending his time working in the yard or going camping with family.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Majorie (Thullen) Reiner who he married on August 8, 1959, and his son, David (Mary) Reiner. Together, they cherished countless memories that will forever be treasured.
Dave joins his siblings Bulah, Marjorie, Genevieve, Robert, Thomas, Terry, and Ernest in eternal rest.
Visitation will be held at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard on December 19th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Dave will be laid to rest at Lake Park Cemetery with military honors.
