David Wayne Rice, 63, a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025. A native of Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Albert William Rice III and the late Juanita Bell Austin Rice. He attended public schools in Richmond, enjoyed fishing, working outdoors and was a retired crane operator for Bayshore Concrete.
He is survived by two brothers, Albert Rice of Madison, NJ, and Timothy Rice of Harrisonburg, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
To honor his wishes no public services will be held.
