David Anthony Rios, 36 years of age and resident of Crystal Lake, passed away on November 18, 2025.
He was born on August 12, 1989, in Hoffman Estates, to Lizette S. Torres and Roland David Rios.
An HR Specialist for a Consulting Company, David enjoyed sports such as football, baseball, and frisbee golf in his free time. He was also an avid lover of comedy and video games, but most of all, David enjoyed spending time with his large group of family and friends. He will be dearly missed by many.
He is survived by his mother Lizette S. Rios, father Roland David Rios, sister Lizette M. Rios, brothers Steven J. and Marcus A. Rios, and his beloved daughter, Rosalia S. Rios. David was preceded in death by his grandparents Carolina Torres, Francisco Torres, and Adrian R. Rios.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23, from 3 pm – 7 pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. A second visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 24, from 10 am – 11 am, followed by a brief funeral service beginning at 11 am. David will be laid to rest at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary, 7014 S Rawson Bridge Road, Cary, IL 60013.
