David Roebuck Obituary
David also known as ''Lil Dave'' grew up in Anderson, SC and graduated from Westside High School, class of 1986, where he played varsity basketball (despite of his height). He was a dedicated employee at Vertiv, formally known as E&I engineering, where he was loved dearly by his coworkers.
He loved dancing, music, family, and friends. Those who truly knew he was always the life of the party, cracking jokes and uplifting spirits. A lover of fashion, always dressed to impress, and matching from head to toe, with his shoes matching his hat. He never met a stranger. His legacy will continue to live on through those who love him.
He leaves to celebrate his life, daughter, Contessa Baker; son, Ahmad Roebuck; fiancé, Denasha Rangolam (Trevon ad Marley); sisters, Margie R. Roebuck and Geraldine Roebuck; brothers, Kenneth Lee Roebuck (Roberta) and Kelvin Roebuck; sister-in-law, Tarsha Roebuck; grandchildren, Josiah Jackson and Camden Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and wonderful dear friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Marshall A. Roebuck, Jr. and Willie Junior Roebuck.
Funeral service for David Andrew Roebuck will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 12:00 noon at The Unity Mortuary of Anderson with the interment to follow at Westview Cemetery, Anderson, SC.
Public viewing will be Friday, February 2, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the mortuary.
The family is at 1305 Phyllis Drive, Anderson, SC 29621.
