David Alexander Santos, 61, of Cobb County, Georgia, formerly of Marion, Massachusetts, passed away on October 7, 2025.
David was a man of strength, heart, and unshakable character. Those who knew him knew what it meant when he showed up - because he always did. No matter the time or place, David was there - ready to lend a hand, offer advice, crack a joke, or simply be present when someone needed him most. He never asked for anything in return; helping others was just who he was.
A man of all trades and endless determination, David built his life through hard work and integrity. He believed that doing right by others mattered, and he lived that belief every day. His humor could light up a room, his charisma drew people in, and his loyalty kept them close. Whether he was fixing something, giving guidance, cheering on his favorite Boston sports teams, or caring for his beloved animals, David carried a warmth and authenticity that made him unforgettable.
David also dedicated many years to coaching youth baseball, becoming a mentor and role model to countless kids. His patience, encouragement, and love for the game left a lasting mark on the young players he guided - teaching them not only how to play, but how to believe in themselves.
Above all else, David was a family man. His five children - Malik A. Santos, Marques A. Santos, Majique C. Santos, Musiq T. Santos, and Aarmon M. Stiggers - were his pride and joy, along with his beloved grandson, Marques A. Santos Jr. Everything he did, he did for them. His love for family extended beyond his own children; he cherished his siblings, his parents, and the connections that made life rich and meaningful.
David is survived by his brothers Eddie Santos, Kenneth Santos, and Samuel Santos; and his sisters Barbara Ramos and Sabrina Nelson. He is reunited in peace with his brother Brennon Santos and his parents, Jacqueline and Napoleon Santos.
David's legacy is one of love, laughter, resilience, and generosity. He will be remembered for his big heart, his unwavering spirit, and the countless lives he touched simply by being himself.
