David Scheuer Obituary
He was born October 26, 1940 in Taylor County to Otto and Marie (Manheim) Scheuer. He graduated from Rib Lake High School.
David started out working for Weather Shield, then worked as a carpenter for many years, and then farmed the rest of his working life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing horseshoes.
In 2009, he married Luzminda "Minda" Casanova. They resided in Rib Lake.
He is survived by his wife, Minda; siblings, Evelyn House, Delores Smith, Mary Laurich, Janet (Gary) Handrick, and Richard Scheuer; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mabel Michor and Lillian Haseman.
A memorial mass will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford with Fr. Patrick McConnell officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
