David D. Seator, of Bartow, FL, passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2021. Born in Pontiac, Michigan, he moved to New Jersey at the age of 12 and most recently to Florida. After 68 years of age, he has returned to the Lord.
David was the son of the late Norman T. Seator, and the late Vera June Seator (nee Bottorff). He is survived by stepmom June Starkey Seator and wife Laurie Seator. He leaves behind three sons, David Daniel (Kirstin) Seator, Stephen Oakes (Karen) Seator, and Jonathan Bradley Seator, and their respective families, and two step-sons Michael Charles Vasger and Jason Carl Colby. He was the loving brother to Sherrie L. Clifford and Dale T. Seator. He was the proud grandfather to Elizabeth Davis, Oliver Gregory, and Emery Claire Seator, all of whom he deeply cherished and adored.

David retired from Subaru of America with over 30 years of service. His career in the automotive industry was complimented by his experience as a mechanic and enthusiasm for performance cars. He fully customized his Boss 302 Mustang for the track, and aspired to one day race it at the Daytona International Speedway.

David was a consummate woodworker, draftsman, and all-around craftsman. He enjoyed spending time in his workshop and helping others with their projects.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend David Seator's Celebration of Life on Friday, August 27, 2021: Viewing 9:00AM, Service 10:00AM-11:00AM at the Givnish Funeral Home, Cinnaminson, NJ. His burial immediately follows at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.

Condolences to the Seator family. Worked with Dave many years. He was very meticulous and paid attention to detail. Always shared stories and pictures of the projects he was working on. Beautiful furniture pieces, stonework, cars. He was a Dave of all trades.
May your memories or the treasured pieces he left behind bring you comfort.
