David Franklin “Frankie” Seay, 79 of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Born February 15, 1945, in Oak Ridge, TN, Frankie was the son of the late Charles David Seay and Ethelyn Holloway Seay.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, LuAnn, and his loving son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Margaret, along with their three children Devon, Reagann, and Cooper. He also leaves behind his beloved sister, Jeanette Parker and her sons Steve and Eddie; his beloved sister-in-law, Donna Dixon and her children Natasha and Luke; and a host of other family and friends.

Frankie had a great passion for cars. He went to hundreds of car shows, winning many trophies and prizes over the years. He also loved riding motorcycles and camping, especially in the mountains where he had wished to move one day. Something he also loved dearly is his dog Honey, who will surely miss him as well. Most of all he loved his wife LuAnn. She is the reason that he was able to live the wonderful life that he lived. His whole family and friends were very dear to him and he will be truly missed by all.
