David Randall Shade
Dec. 23, 1962 – Aug. 23, 2025

Funeral services for David Randall Shade, 62, of Muldrow, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, at Trinity Methodist Church in Muldrow under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Shade was born on Dec. 23, 1962, in Sallisaw to Joe Leslie Shade and Willie Mae (Slaughter) Shade. He died on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025, in Fort Smith, Ark.
He worked in production at OK Foods and was a forklift driver.
Survivors include three daughters, Ashley West of Fort Smith, Akiilah Shade of Heavener and Shaniya Shade of Fort Smith; one son, Byron Peterson of Joplin, Mo.; his father, of Muldrow; five brothers, Kenneth Shade of Muldrow, Bruce Shade of Perham, Minn., and Joe Junior Shade, Kevin Shade and Marvin Shade all of Fort Smith; three sisters, Debra Gaines of Muldrow, Beverly Shaw of Roland and Tiffany Shade of Fort Smith; three grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Viewing will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, at the Agent Mallory-Martin Chapel in Muldrow. The family will greet from 6 to 8 p.m.
