He is survived by mother Angie (Terry Rupert) Shaull of Fostoria, father David J. Shaull Sr. of Findlay, fiancé Toni Blake of Fostoria, children Destini Shaull, Noelle Blake, Brendon Abner, Jonah Marshall, sister Tiffany (Keith Cain) Shaull of Findlay, grandmother, grammy grams Gloria Roush of Fostoria, several niece & nephews.
David is preceded in death by his grandparents Clyde "Ike" Shaull, Rosetta Shaull and Kenneth "Snake" Roush.
David was a 2004 graduate of Fostoria High School. He enjoyed playing golf & pool. He was also an avid Ohio State & San Franciso 49ers fan.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
