David G. Simpson

Obituary
David G. Simpson, 84, of Little Falls, passed away on Nov. 4, 2022.
He was residing in Excelcare of Dover Nursing Facility.
David was born in Singac to Robert J. and Catherine Simpson.
He grew up in Little Falls and as a teen developed his artistic talent as a sketch artist and later developed his love for drafting. After graduating from Passaic Valley High School he enlisted into the US Air Force where he served as Staff Sergeant and sharpened his skills as an Electrical Draftsman. After his tour of duty with an honorable discharge, he worked as a Draftsman for Myers Associates in Little Falls and later for Lee T. Purcell Associates in Paterson as an Electrical Engineer.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Robert J and Catherine Simpson, his brothers, Richard and Robert, his sister in law Gloria and his son Gregory, we miss them all.
David is survived by his daughter Karen, his son Gary, his ex wife Anna who he remained friends with until his death, his grandson Michael, his granddaughter Devin, his sister in law, Marie, his two daughters in law and one son in law, two nephews, three nieces, three grand nephews, two grandnieces, great grand nephews, great grandnieces, and the in laws.
Funeral arrangements will be held at a later time, don't worry Dad requested to be cremated, and like he always told us: "Patience is a virtue, therefor you must practice it" Now is his big chance to set an example for everyone!
Special Thanks to Robert, David's Nephew, for all his help taking care of Dad for several years and for being Karen's Co-Guardian in his care, we are forever grateful!
