David Smith Obituary
Survivors include his wife of 43 years Delphia Payseur Shook, two daughters Pamela S. Crowe, Lisa S. Choy and husband David, and a grand daughter Jennifer Farina and husband Nicholas.
The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon on Wednesday January 31 at Woodlawn Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Tim Parker officiating.
Interment will follow in Christ's Lutheran Church Cemetery in Stanley.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
