Dave Socia was probably one of the most helpful, thoughtful and giving people I've ever met. He was willing to help anyone friends or family.Even if it was something as simple as giving out the latest fishing information or advice on Keno strategies. He enjoyed life and treated people with respect and kindness. He will definitely be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
