Born on July 1, 1980 in Pompton Plains, NJ, he is survived by his mother, Linda (Stephens) Biss of Starrucca; his grandmother, Eleanor Stephens of Starrucca; his daughter, Melody Stephens and her mother, Angela Stephens of Cortland, NY; aunts and many cousins.
Family and friends may visit on Saturday, February 17, 2024 between the hours of 3:00-5:00 P.M. at the Howell Family Funeral Home, Inc. Edward R. Howell, Funeral Director, 269 Belmont Street, Waymart, PA 18472.
Family and friends are encouraged to share memories of Dave.
