I'm Mike Tarr. I lived next door to Dave till I was 8. I moved to Chicago. After I got out of the army I came back to visit Dave. and every 4or 5 years after. I came to see him on sunday may 27 and all his belongings were at the curb. A neighbor told me he died. I saw this on line. what happened?

I will always remember Dave has a kind soul. He always let me call him Chip. Whenever I would run into Dave, he always made my day. RIP

There has always been David in my life. So many memories. You've been a great neighbor David. You had the biggest heart I have ever known. I know my mom and dad welcomed you with open arms. Going to miss you! RIP my friend ❤
