David “Tire Dave” Wayne Lisowski, 57, of Arcadia and formerly of Melrose and Waumandee, died peacefully at his home on Sunday, January 21, 2024.

David was born in Winona on September 28, 1966, to Edward Lisowski and Kae Sobotta.  He attended schools in Melrose-Mindoro and made friends wherever he went. Dave was a hard worker and poured his soul into mechanics and running his tire recycling business that he took over from his father.  Dave was an avid Elvis Presley fan, and loved to spend time with his friends, tinker on many mechanical projects and hunt.  He was a devoted father and step-father, loving son and brother, and a helpful friend to all who knew him.  He will be deeply missed and remembered in the hearts of his family.

Dave is survived by his sons: Ayden Lisowski of Bend, OR, and Ryder Lisowski of Waumandee; step-daughter: Sara (Kyle Carter) Docken of Idaho, and their daughter: Chloe; mother: Kae (David) Dettinger of Black River Falls; brother: Ed (Mary) Lisowski of Oakfield, WI; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father: Edward Lisowski; brother: Jeff Lisowski; and the love of his life: Tracy Syverson.
