Obituary of David Ettore Topi
David E. Topi, 69, passed away peacefully on March 20th at home where he lived with his son in California. He was the beloved husband of the late Willa Topi and father of Angela Brittain (Ken Brittain), Christopher Woodie (Julie Woodie), and Robert Topi. David was also a proud "Pop-pop" to Lauren Brittain, Drew Brittain, Emily Woodie, Christian Woodie, Luke Woodie, Gavin Topi, and Aidyn Topi.
David was born on January 1, 1954 in Baltimore, MD to the late Jean Fabriziani and Robert E.Topi. He grew up in Baltimore, where he was the oldest of five siblings: Raymond, Robin, Ricky, & Randy Littleton. After his time in the military David took classes and became a skilled HVAC mechanic for most of his career. David loved spending time with his friends and family on the water boating and fishing. His younger years were full of exciting hunting trips where he made lifelong memories with his friends.
Friends and family are invited to share happy memories and celebrate Dave's life in the way he wants to be remembered. Dave's Celebration of Life & Memorial Service will be held in the private room upstairs at Sylvesters Saloon 7326 Golden Rind Rd, Essex, MD 21221 at 5pm on Friday April 7. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Snowline Hospice. On Monday April 10a Funeral Service will be held at Garrison Forrest Veteran's Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forrest Road., Owings Mills, MD 21117 at 1:00 pm.
