I have countless fond memories of David. Having worked at Charming Shoppes for over 20 years, I had the privilege of personally interacting. One thing my colleagues can attest to is David's genuine interest in our well-being and the success of the business.

I remember how he would eagerly call, even late on a Thursday or Friday night when we arrived home after a long week, just to check in on how things were going and to hear about how his team was doing. He was an intentional leader, always making an effort to connect with his employees and show his support.

His commitment to the people was truly remarkable. David wasn't just a boss; he cared deeply about each person working under him and invested in their growth and development. His leadership style created a positive and collaborative work environment that motivated everyone to do their best.

David's impact at Charming Shoppes was significant, and his legacy as a compassionate leader will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
