David Colton Wagner, lost his battle with cancer on Sunday, December 4, 2022, while being lovingly cared for at The Denver Hospice.
David was born to Edward and Joan Wagner on October 18, 1957 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a 1976 graduate of Alternative East High School in Philadelphia, PA. He moved with his family to Denver, CO in 1978.
David married Karen on September 8, 1990 in Parker, CO. He worked at The City of Greenwood Village in Colorado, for over 25 years as an Engineering Inspector. He enjoyed dirt biking, steam engine trains, riding his Harley Davidson, 4 wheeling, camping and soft pretzels.
His love and sweet smile touched many lives.
David is survived by his wife of 32 yrs, Karen Wagner, his faithful dog Gunner, parents Edward and Joan Wagner, brother Paul Wagner (Kandy), sister Wendy Wagner, daughter Stephanie Wagner, son Brian Wagner, grandson Jason Wagner, sister in law Katrina Bell (Jerry), mother in law Peggy Carnes and many special nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews and all of his wonderful friends and neighbors.
Please join us for a Celebration of Life Service on August 3, 2023, at 1pm at Columbine United Church, 6375 S Platte Canyon Rd, Littleton, CO 80123, with a reception to follow.
