David Lee Wallace

David Lee Wallace, age 79, of Alderson, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021, at the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. He was Born June 26, 1942, in Clayton, WV, a son of the late Otis E. Wallace and Theda R. (Aliff) Wallace.
After Graduating High School, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. David was employed at the Ford Motor Company, where he served as a factory worker with 32 years of service. He will be remembered for his love of golfing, bowling, hunting, and trout fishing, but most of all, the love for his friends and family. David was a member of the Alderson Lions Club and a devout member of the Flat Mountain Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Carol Joyce (Tomazic) Wallace.
David is survived by his brother, Paul E. Wallace and wife Dianne, of Medina, OH; his nieces, Cheryl Hamrick, of Brunswick, OH, and Carrie Connel, of Chaska, MN; his nephews, Paul Wallace, Jr., of Medina, OH, and Mike Wallace and his wife Kata, of Doylestown, OH; as well as several loving great nieces and great nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, David will be cremated, an inurnment will be held at Holy Cross cemetery at later date in Cleveland, Ohio.
