DAVID DEWAYNE WASHINGTON III, born on September 11, 2006, was a vibrant and loving spirit who touched the lives of many during his time on earth. He passed away on September 7, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of joy and laughter that will be cherished by those who knew him.
David was for his talent, ambition, and a wonderfully goofy personality that could brighten even the darkest of days. His love for football was matched only by being a motivator and hype man for his teammates, friends and family, always encouraging others to strive for their best. As a loving protector, he brought comfort and support to those he cared for, showcasing a depth of character that was remarkable for someone so young.
The community will gather to celebrate David's life and the profound impact he had on those around him. A viewing will be held on September 20, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects and share their memories during this time.
Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place at Friendship West Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, on September 21, 2024, beginning at 11:00 AM. This will be an opportunity for all who loved David to honor his memory and reflect on the joy he brought into their lives.
David Dewayne Washington III will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to call him a friend or family member.
