To the family of Dr. David Wert
I was a patient of Dr. Wert's for over 15 years and am certainly going to miss having him as my doctor. He was a wonderful, kind, and caring human being, who not only gave the gift of vision to me, but also to my mom, dad, and grandma. May you be surrounded with loving memories of David and reminded of how he positively changed the lives of his patients. I pray for you to find peace in this time of grief and comfort in knowing that such a great person was a part of your lives.

Dave and his brother Dick had great times on Christmas Eve when the children were young. There were some Christmas Eves when we were not sure if jolly old St Nick would make it. You will be missed
