David served his country honorably in the Army and then went on to a 30 year career at Rochester Telephone Co. followed by a second career as a travel agent.
Graveside Services were held privately in Britton Road Cemetery.

Dave was a joy to work with at Rochester Tel - steady, reliable, always got the job done - and with his ever present sense of humor. In our decades of retirement we had many breakfasts and lunches together - talking current events, politics, even philosophy and Judeo-Christian theology - always compassionate and empathetic. Nancy was a blessing to Dave in his later years - bringing back his hope and optimism. Unfortunately our mutual hearing loss made chatting on the phone difficult -so during the pandemic I've missed Dave and will more so in the time to come.
