It's difficult to believe it's been a year!

I knew Dave since about 1969 when we both attended Hodgkins Jr. High. I was his campaign manager when he ran for Treasurer in the 7th grade. He won, but I really wasn't much help. I never saw him much in either junior high or high, but I had other friends on the gymnastics team, so we bumped into each other every once in a while. After high school, I only saw him a couple of times. I let him fertilize my lawn once when he had the lawn care business, but, for the most part, our paths went different ways. Nonetheless, it is always sad to see a fellow classmate pass away.

I assisted many times at Landmark events with David. He was always so kind and upbeat. I loved his stories about his pups and all the things he was up to in his life. He always had fun and interesting stories to share and I am so sad to hear of his sudden passing. As you stated in his obituary, as soon as I heard I wished I had had at least one more conversation and one more smile. All my love to you, his family and closest friends, David was such a wonderful person and I can´t imagine the hole his passing has left in each of your hearts.
