David Zinger Obituary

David Zinger
David L. Zinger, age 73 of Port Hope, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023 at his home under hospice care. Dave was born on March 31, 1950 in Detroit to the late Nicholas and Genevieve (Crisman) Zinger. He and Gail Krueger were united in marriage on December 24, 1971 in Port Austin. Dave served in the US Army.He enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking, camping with the family with their annual father's day campout, pranking others, and four wheeling. His true love was being with his family. Dave is survived by his wife Gail Zinger of Port Hope, children: Dawn (Jerry) Lawrence of Port Hope, Angela (James) Remsing of Vermontville, Laura (Aaron) Krajenka of Clarkston, Lydia (Eric) Romzek of Middlebury, IN, 3 grandchildren: Genevive, Blake, and Morgan. He was preceded in death by a brother Stephen Zinger. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place on August 19, 2023 at 1 pm at the Grindstone Port Hope Sportsmen's Club. Arrangements are being handled by the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Memories can be shared at www.RamseyFH.com
