Davin Wells, aka Booley, was born on April 27, 1965. Davin lived a life dedicated to family, community, and his craft. He passed away on September 28th, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who had the honor of knowing him.

In his youth, he pursued his education at Washington Township Schools. He was united in holy matrimony to Cynthia Lockhart in 1994.

Davin was a master barber with a gift for making people feel their best. For decades, he welcomed clients into his barbershop. His barbershop wasn’t just a place for haircuts, but a gathering spot where stories were told, laughs were shared, and friendships blossomed. Davin's passion for his work was evident in every conversation, every laugh, and every client who walked out of his shop feeling renewed. He paved the way for many young barbers, inspiring them to pursue the craft as well.

Davin was known for his unique style, entrepreneurship, creativity, and his laid- back personality. He loved and admired music and enjoyed attending concerts and social gatherings. He also spent a lot of his time preparing delicious meals for family and friends. His sense of humor and warm spirit will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones.

Beyond his profession, Davin was a devoted family man. He leaves behind a legacy not just of love, but of service to his community and family. He is survived by his three beloved children, Steven, Jordan, and Megan, who carry forward his lessons of love, hard work, and ingenuity. He was also a proud grandfather of two, Noah and Luna, who brought him immense joy and whom he adored with all his heart. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Pamela Moore-Nall (Jerald), his sisters Brittini Nall and Danyelle Lockhart(Cordell), nieces Kerrington, Camryn, Ravyn and Dajah, his nephew Jarell, many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie B. Wells, his grandmother Stella Mae Moore, and sister, Tracie Wells. His family will always remember the moments filled with his warmth, guidance, and encouragement. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
