Publish in a newspaper

With deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved son, Davis John (D.J.) Tosh, 15, of Fond du Lac, who passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 19th 2025.

DJ was born on December 23rd, 2009 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, WI to Nick and Tami Tosh. From the moment he was born, his unique spirit captured all. He was an avid gamer, loved football and heavy metal music. Most of all, he loved working in the shop alongside his dad. DJ was a very selfless person. He loved his family deeply, especially his brothers.

DJ is survived by his loving parents, Nick and Tami Tosh; brothers, Layne and Jahred Tosh; paternal grandmothers, Patti and Jean Tosh, all of Fond du Lac; uncles and aunts Tim and Katie Andrews, Zach and Carissa Dittel, and Yolanda Hannes; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins, along with extended family and friends.

Davis John is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Davis Tosh; grandfather, Don Watts; paternal great grandparents Fred and Marian Triatik, Edward Brandt and Betty Benedict; uncle Glenn Tosh; aunt Alexis Tosh; great uncle John Wachholz and many other loved ones.

Family and friends will forever miss his sharp wit and loyalty.

We would like to extend a special thank you to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department and Detective Ryan Flood.

We are heartbroken by the sudden loss of DJ. We ask that you respect our family's grieving by refraining from questions about his death and instead and most importantly, celebrate his life.

DJ's family invites relatives and friends to a time of visitation on Sunday, September 28th at Zacherl Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions can be made to Zacherl Funeral Home.
