Dawn Decanio Obituary
Dawn Marie Decanio, 49, of Charleston, WV, passed away on September 16, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Gunter.
She was a graduate of the University of Charleston and a journalist.
Dawn is survived by her loving family, mother, Carol Atkinson Gunter, daughter, Hannah Marie Decanio, son, Matthew Jack Decanio, father of her children, Roger Decanio, and many friends.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 22, at Kanawha United Presbyterian Church, 1009 Virginia St., E., Charleston, WV 25301, with Pastor W. Patterson Lyles officiating. Private burial will be at a later date.
The family will receive friends from Noon until 1 PM at the church.
In lieu of flowers family suggests donations to the V. F.W.
