Dawn Elise (Edwards) Griffith passed away in the early morning of Thursday, August 15, 2024, after a brief hospital stay.
She is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 42 years, Larry Griffith, and their three loving children, Courtney, Lauren, and Matthew; her sister, Sharon McKinney; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. A memorial service will be held at Dawn's lifelong church home, Carter Metropolitan Christian Methodist Episcopal (CME) Church in Detroit, Michigan.
Memorial Services will be held at Carter Metropolitan Christian Methodist Episcopal Church (1510 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48208) Saturday, September 7, 2024, Service: 11:00 AM (Family Hour: 10:00 AM) Following the services a repast will be held in the late afternoon/early evening.
