Daylon Everett Scott

Daylon Everett Scott, 2 of Kingscreek, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the St. Joseph's Hospital in London, Kentucky. Daylon was the son of Daniel Scott and Ally Shepherd. Surviving other than his parents is 3 sisters: Kinnley Scott, Brynlee Scott and Emma Lee Leighton (Monkey) Scott; maternal great grandparents: Buddy and Barb Collins of Smoot Creek and Bessie Shepherd of Whitesburg; maternal grandparents: Everett and Michelle of Kingscreek; paternal great grandparents: Burlen and Betty Turner of Noblesville, Indiana; paternal grandparents: Danny and Kandy Scott of London; aunt: Amelia and Joseph King of Grayson and children: Addilyn King and Mallory King; aunt: Denis (Billy) Allen and children: Brantley Allen and Waylon Allen; special family members: Jordan and Gena Scott and children: Graceson Scott and Ellora Scott along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Daylon was preceded in death by his paternal great grandfather: Everett Shepherd. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the Kingscreek Community Church with Danny Scott and Buddy Collins officiating. Pallbearers: Jordan Scott, Nathan Allen, Joseph King, Jacob Dollarhide, Caleb Dollarhide, Terry Hatfield, Boo Roberts and Nick Leger Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Kingscreek Community Church. Burial will follow in the Linefork Cemetery at Linefork, Kentucky.
