Dean Miller Obituary
Dean Paul Miller Sr. was born November 24, 1940 in Penacook, New Hampshire to Arthur and Dorothy Miller. He graduated from Penacook High School, where he excelled in both basketball and baseball. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and attended Bakersfield College. He married his wife, Joanne Ghio-Miller on April 23, 1965. He was a father, son, brother, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather. He worked as a hardwood lumber and plywood salesman, selling to cabinet shops, schools, and lumber yards for 40 years. God called him from this earth on September 1, 2025 in Bakersfield, California. He was preceded in death by his wife Joanne, his parents, his daughter Robin, and numerous family and friends. He is survived by his children Dean Miller Jr. and wife Sulema, Deron Miller and wife Sara, Dawn Clark, grandchildren Haley, Sean, Stephanie, Matthew, Regan, Taylor, and Ryanne, as well as two great-grandchildren, Malakai and Myles. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 11th at 1:00 pm at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E. Harding Way, Stockton.
