Deana is preceded in death by her father Edwin Holtz; her step-mother Gladys Holts; and her step-siter Vera Gruber.
She is survived by her husband Donald Kaczynski; son Bruce Banaszak; son Martin Banaszak and his wife Tiffany; son Edwin Kaczynski; grandchildren Damien, Tori, Hailey, Joseph, and Lexi; and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
