Dearl Wayne Towery

Dearl Wayne Towery was born on September 17, 1969, to Willie B. Thomas Towery and Jack Towery in Tulia, Texas.

The family moved to Amarillo, Texas in 1974, where they reside and call home. He attended Amarillo's public schools, obtained his GED and worked for the City of Amarillo through the coming home program with Parks and Recreation. He was awarded a certificate for his hard work, dedication and achievement of his goals. As a man of resilience, his carpentry was what he loved most. There was no half stepping with his skill of carpentry. If you were going to do the work, it had to be done right. He believed that your work was your signature.

You left your mark so that they knew you were there.

He enjoyed talking about the word of God. This was everything to him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Hubert Lee Towery and J T Towery; five sisters, Nadine Towery Roberts, Joylene Towery Demps, Merline Towery Brown, Mae Helen Towery Allen, Kay Towery Cunningham.

He is survived by one brother; Danny Towery, four sisters; Linda Shoels, Artissa Scott (Kirk), Jackie Casey all of Amarillo, Texas, Gloria Towery of Atlanta, GA, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In everlasting note, Wayne Coot and Don were known as the Dalton Brothers!!!!
