Debbie Jeanice Perry, age 65, of Gainesville FL, was called home to be with the Lord in the early hours of May 21st 2025, at Haven Hospice. She was born October 19th, 1959, a beloved daughter of the late Charles and Marie Perry. A celebration of life viewing will begin at 11:00am and celebration service begins 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025 at the Forest Meadows Funeral Home located at 725 NW 23rd Avenue, Gainesville. Elder Karl Smith will be offiiciating the service. Debbie graduated from Gainesville Highschool in 1978. She was very proud and honored to have worked at Tacachale for 35 years. Debbie lived a life rooted in faith, devoted to Christ, and guided by the teachings of the Holy Bible. She was a woman of unwavering belief, whose love for the Lord shone through every aspect of her life. She found joy in prayer, strength in scripture, and peace in the promises of eternal life. She shared her faith through kindness, compassion, and an unyielding trust in God's plan. As a mother, Debbie raised her son in the ways of the Lord, teaching him to love, to serve, and to trust in Him always. She now rests in the arms of the Savior, free from pain and sorrow, rejoicing in the presence of the Almighty. Debbie leaves fond and lasting memories that will be cherished amongst her family and friends; Son Jerame L. Perry (Latoya) of Bronx New York, Brother Rickie L. Perry (Sandy) of Gainesville Florida, and Sister Dorothee Griffin (Carl) of Brunson Florida, Nephews Antonio C. Perry (Kaneesha) of Coconut Creek Florida, James Perry, Nieces Myisher E. Perry, Rickita M. Perry, Bria E. Sterling, and a host of grand nieces and nephews.
