It is with profound sadness that the family of Debbie Braddock, age 62, announces her peaceful passing on August 24, 2025 in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
Debbie Braddock was a devoted wife, a loving mother and grandmother, a cherished sister and aunt, and a beloved daughter. A radiant presence in the lives of all who knew her, Debbie's warmth, generosity, and loving spirit will be deeply missed. She was a woman of unwavering faith. Even in the midst of her battle with cancer she fought the good fight, finished her race, and kept the faith (2 Tim. 4:7). She was filled with the joy of the Lord, even on her hardest days. She graciously allowed God to use her pain for purpose, shining His light wherever she went. She will forever be remembered as His faithful servant and her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother Pepita Smith, her brother Joe Smith, and is survived by her husband, Orson Braddock and their three grown children, Robbie (Katie) Parker, Christina (Wayne) Hughes, Cory Braddock, her five grandchildren, Ashlyn, Kayla, Brilynn, Beau, and Blakelee, her father Robert Smith, her brother Michael Smith, her sister Tina (Bruce) Kespohl, her nephew Jeff (Courtney) Machael and their children Malorey and Melaney Machael.
