Debora "Deb" Stathas

Debora "Deb" L. Stathas (nee Johns), 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at her home.
She was born on March 11, 1957, to the late Ervin and Lorraine (nee Lochowicz) Johns in Milwaukee, WI. Deb graduated from Bay View High School in 1975. She worked at Aurora Medical for many years, Then, worked at FIS as a fraud specialist until retirement. Deb was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Slinger and the Hartford Golf Club. She enjoyed traveling, going to South Carolina, wine tasting in California, visiting Disney, Door County, and snow-birding in Florida. Deb also loved going shopping and going to her grandchildren's sporting events. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Those Deb leaves behind to cherish her memory include her two children, Andrew (Heidi Hryndza) Jashek, and Eric (Shelly) Jashek; stepchild, Christopher Stathas; six grandchildren, Dominick Jashek, Landon Jashek, Caden Jashek, Mercedez Heller, and Azelyn Heller; three sisters, Carol Airoldi, Ellen (Dennis) Pilak, and Sandy (Greg) Clark; two brothers, Brian Johns and Bobby Johns; best friend and former husband, Jim Stathas; her dog Heidi; grand dogs, Rayna and Diesel; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, James Airoldi, and her grand dog, Franzy.
VISITATION: Deb's family will greet relatives and friends on Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.
SERVICE: A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Private burial will be on Monday in Washington County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society are appreciated by the family.
