Deborah is survived by her loving daughter, Rachel Averch-Akosah, her devoted son, David Averch, her cherished grandchildren, Hayley and Caleb Akosah, and her siblings, Michael Thompson and Rebecca Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A woman of deep Christian faith, Deborah found strength and comfort in the Bible throughout her life. She fiercely loved her children and grandchildren, always striving to be the best mother and grandmother she could be. Her joy for life shone through her love of music and dancing; she could often be found, even in her final months, filling the home with music and dancing in the kitchen.
Deborah will be remembered for her warmth, faith, and the love she shared with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
