Deborah "Debbie" Ann Campbell, age 76, of Altoona, peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025. Born in Daytona Beach, Florida to the late Robert and Jeanette MacDonough, Debbie grew up in Daytona and graduated from Mainland High School before getting married and eventually settling at her favorite place in the world, her five acres in Altoona. Over 30+ years, she began her career at Altoona Elementary School before moving to Spring Creek Elementary in Paisley where she worked as the Data Entry Clerk. She was a truly beloved coworker and friend to so many that worked there. Her work ethic was incomparable and she showed all that worked with her the meaning of dedication and devotion. Debbie was an exceptional person that will always be remembered for her beautiful and infectious smile and her love for her children and granddaughter. She always had a listening ear and kind words for everyone, always without judgement. She also nurtured a lifelong addiction to the game of football. During the season, she could always be found watching literally any game that was on at the time. Debbie leaves behind a loving family, including her daughter, Michelle (Karl) Grogan of Umatilla; her son, Jeffrey Campbell of Umatilla; her granddaughter, Kailey Campbell and a niece and nephew. She was predeceased by her older sister, Bobbie Jan Wiggins.
