Deborah Wright Dugger was born in Jacksonville, Florida on February 18, 1953 to Florida Bryant Wright and Gilbert Cornelieus Wright, Jr. She attended Douglas Anderson #107, and Wolfson High School where she graduated. She received her B.S. Degree from University of North Florida.
Deborah also worked for a time at AT&T American Transtech where she was able to use her technology skills. She was then hired as a secretary at Florida Blue for many years in this capacity she was able to her
Deborah went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 22, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florida Bryant Wright and Gilbert C. Wright; and sister, Joan W. Davis (Peter).
Deborah is survived by her loving son, Phillip A. Dugger; siblings, Clanzell Johnson (William), Jacquelyn Chandler (Clifford), Herbert O. Wright (Lana), Carolyn Hughes (David), Arthuree Knox (Douglas), Gilbert R. Wright and Sheryl Taylor (Paul); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, co-workers and many sorrowing friends.
