Deborah Kay Hatfield, 64, of Nelsonville, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at her home. She was born on August 8, 1961, daughter of the late Gerald Blair and Arvella (Johnson) Lehman. She was married to the late Robert L. Hatfield Jr.
Deborah was a big fan of Harley Davidson and Willie Nelson, and could almost always be seen wearing a bandana.
She is survived by her son, Robert “B.J.” Hatfield IV; daughters, Cassy (Steven Gold) Hatfield, Tracy Hatfield, and Lori Payne; grandchildren, Alex Hanning, Mason Hanning, Skyla Moore, Jerad Newman, Raelynn Hatfield, Kaylee Hatfield, Brooklyn “Sunshine” Sealey, Cody Mender, and Dakota Sharon; great-grandchildren, Declan Moore and Emberlynn Stanley; sisters, Barbara Trout, Joy Allen, and Candice Blair; and daughter-in-law, Katheryn Hatfield.
In addition to her parents and husband, Deborah was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Blair, and granddaughter, Taylor Rucker.
No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
