Deborah Howarth Obituary
Deborah Ann Howarth, 75, of Walton, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at Village Care Center in Erlanger. She was born September 29, 1950, in Covington, the daughter of the late Elbert Wayman and Betty Nix Wayman. She was married to Allison "Al" Howarth June 24, 1994. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Kevin M. Luster; Tammy S. Naegele (Mike); Brian Luster; Jonathan Howarth and Jackie Howarth; brother Kenny Wayman (Nancy); sisters Regina Moses and Becky Everhart; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Kevin Luster. Visitation will be Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:30-11AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where services will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
