Deborah J. Hulme, 69, of Sellersville, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Gilbert "Gil" Hulme, with whom she shared 32 years of marriage.

Born in Sellersville, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ada (Hange) Stear.

Deborah was a 1974 graduate of Pennridge High School. She dedicated 46 years to Doylestown Hospital, where she worked in the purchasing and accounts payable department.

She enjoyed traveling to the Outer Banks, NC and Buster Bars.

A lifelong member of St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Deborah served faithfully throughout her life-as an usher, greeter, pastoral assistant, chair of the mission service team, and Sunday School teacher. She was truly a dweller of the Word.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her four brothers: Timothy Stear (Sue) of Emmaus, PA; Barry Stear (Peggy) of Telford, PA; Larry Stear (Joan) of Perkasie, PA; and Jeffery Stear (Rocki) of Perkasie, PA; as well as three brothers-in-law: Robert Hulme of Bensalem, PA; Dean Hulme (Barbara) of Gilbertsville, PA; and Brian Hulme (Mel) of Williamstown, NJ. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 22, from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25 E. Church St., Sellersville, PA 18960, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Sellersville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
