Deborah Jackson Obituary
Deborah (Debi) A. Jackson entered into eternal rest September 3, 2025. There will be no calling hours and burial will be private in her family plot at Oneonta Plains Cemetery, Oneonta, NY
She was born January 19, 1955 in Oneonta NY the only child of Adrian and Mildred Jackson. Debi was a 1973 graduate of Oneonta High School and a 1977 graduate of SUNY Oswego.
Debi had a career in accounting that spanned decades and culminated in her retirement in 2022.
She loved cats and spoke often of her “fur babies”. Her life long passion was music, be it church choirs, the Octavo singers of Schenectady or karaoke when out with friends. She was a rock in tumultuous times and a co-conspirator in many adventures.
Debi was a strong willed but compassionate woman with strong religious convictions who will be greatly missed by all those whose lives were touched by her.
In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in Debi’s name to a charity of your choice.
