Deborah Lee Kay of Midlothian Va, went to be with the Lord December 29, 2025. She was preceded in passing by her husband; Timon V. Kay. She is survived by her children, Jennifer Brown (Linwood), Bryan Kay and Juliana McKenney (Danny); and grandson, Nicholas. Debbie worked for 38 years with HCA/ Parallon working in many capacities her most recent in PDR. She loved crafting, puzzles, and gardening. She also was known for her great love for animals, especially her cats.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter
