Deborah P. Kiser, 70 peacefully left us January 3rd to go to her heavenly home with Jesus. Deborah was surrounded by her husband Sam Kiser Jr., sister-in-law Debra Lineberry, and best friend Barbara Wall at her passing.

Deborah was proceeded in death by her father James Parrish in 2021. Her maternal grandparents James and Margaret Cook and her paternal grandparents Ernest and Cora Parrish. She was also proceeded by her brother-in-law Mark Teer and nephew Mathew Teer. Her mother Alma Cook Parrish survives. She is survived by her husband and soulmate Sam Ira Kiser Jr. of 37 years. She is also survived by her two daughters Lisa K Bradshaw and Michelle Collins. 6 grandchildren, 5 greatgrandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild to arrive soon. She is survived by two sisters Barbara Teer and Sandra Blanchard. Her niece Savannah Blanchard and Amanda Nelson. Deborah loved helping to raise Savannah Blanchard from birth to high school. Picking her up every day to spend time with her until her parents got off work. Deborah loved her like a daughter.

Deborah is a kind soul, always wanting to help someone especially family. She spent spring and fall at the beach relaxing enjoying time with her husband and sister-in-law Debra Lineberry. She loved her Dr. Pepper and chocolate candy. Relaxing in her home caring for her cats and dogs. Home was her happy place. Seeing family come and go. Always telling her husband to be careful when he went out. Deborah enjoyed the simple things in life, always thinking of others first.

The service for Deborah will be held at Rich and Thompson in Graham on Saturday January 10th at 1pm. The family will receive friends at 11:45 to 12:45 prior to the service. Burial will follow at Phillips Chapel Cemetery. She will be laid to rest beside her father and one day her husband will join her. That was always her wish, and she was always a daddy's girl. The family will receive family and friends at her home in Snow Camp.
