Deborah Zamski Larnerd Hoover, 58 of Vestal passed away on December 17, 2024. Debbie was born in Mainz, Germany on August 10, 1966. Debbie grew up in a military family and spent most of her youth in Germany and the rest in Oklahoma. She graduated from high school in Ansbach, Germany. She was predeceased by her father Chester Zamski, Command Sergeant Major and three children, Miranda, Zack and Kyle whom she missed everyday with all her heart and something she will never recover from. She is survived by her beloved mother Sigrid Hanke Zamski, brother Jack Zamski, sister Nanette Tomchick, her son Marcus Ulrich, husband Kirk Hoover, grandson Nickolas Larnerd, grandchildren Natalie, Kristina and Dawson and their mother Ashley, her nephews Chris, Donavan, Josh, and Levi Zamski, also Little Guy her dog and best buddy and Elsie. Debbie was very creative and loved her arts & crafts. She was a great cook and enjoyed her scratch offs, trips to The Downs and Lake George and spending time with friends and family. Debbie had a loving heart and beautiful soul. No one should have had to endure the pain and heartbreak she suffered yet through it all she was kind and generous. Sometimes to a fault. Always giving and asking nothing in return. She was strong and brave. All she wanted to do is come home and be happy with her family and her puppy. She will be greatly missed.
To Debbie, my best friend and love of my life
When I tell you I love you
I don't say it out of habit
I say it to remind you that you are
The best thing that ever happened to me
I love you, Kirk
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. A donation to any pet charity would make her smile.
