Deborah Lowe Obituary
Deboarah was born and raised in the Kansas City area. She attended North Kansas City High School and graduated from South East. After graduation she moved to California, where she stayed until moving to Stockton in 2000 and back to the Clinton area in 2005.
She loved spending time with her cats and enjoyed reading books of all kinds.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Ed Willard and Steve Ballance. Survivors include her sister Cindy Eagles, her brothers Lynn Willard, and Robert Balance along with numerous other family and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri and are pending at this time.
