Deborah Lucas Obituary

Deborah was a graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. She was a secretary for the Port Huron Area School District, retiring in 2001. She was a member since 1970 of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Deborah enjoyed boating, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Nick, daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Jeffrey Mugridge, five grandchildren; Nicholas Ealy, Noah Ealy, Zackary Mugridge, Andrew Mugridge and Lukas Mugridge, brother and sister-in-law, William and Linda Morden, sister, Colleen (A.K. Geelani) Morden, nephew, Jeffrey (Nancy) Morden, their son, Cameron, and a niece, MacKenzie Grosse, and her two cats, Abby and Fluffy, and her grand dogs, Willy and Beau.
Private family services will take place. Minister Shaun Laurain will officiate. The burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. The pallbearers will be - Jeffrey Mugridge, Jeffrey Morden, Nicholas Ealy, Noah Ealy, A.K. Geelani and Daniel Mugridge.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday - July 10, 2025 at 3:00pm at The Abby Room at the Doubletree in Port Huron.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
Jowett Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Lucas Family.
