Deborah "Debbie Hart" Parsons

Deborah "Debbie" Parsons (Hart), 68, of Elmira Heights, NY, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026. She was born on September 11, 1957.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Stephen Parsons; her stepchildren, Jason Parsons and Jessica Parsons; her sister, Cynthia "Cindy" Hughson; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Patrick) Mallacoccio, Christopher Hughson, Nick Hart, and Justin Hart; her great-niece, Gianna Mallacoccio; along with many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

She was predeceased by her parents, Shirley (Blakely) Hart and Lewis Hart; her brother, Joseph "Joey" Hart; her brother-in-law, Christopher Hughson Sr. and her stepson Stephen Parsons Jr.

Debbie worked for many years as a clerk at P&C/Tops, where she was known for her kindness and dedication. Outside of work, she found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was an avid bingo player-where she met the love of her life, Stephen-and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, doing puzzles, and taking on the challenge of a good crossword. Debbie also loved taking vacations and spending time at various casinos with her husband.

Above all, Debbie was a deeply family-oriented woman who loved unconditionally. She was selfless in every sense of the word, always putting others before herself and offering quiet strength and care to those around her. Her presence brought comfort, and her memory will continue to do the same for those who knew and loved her.
